Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 28 June 2012 it purchased
for cancellation 76,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 99.50 pence per
share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 28,963,957 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
