Purchase of shares for cancellation
Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 8 November 2013 it purchased
for cancellation 108,423 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 104 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 35,127,218 Ordinary Shares of 1
penny each in issue.
