Purchase of shares for cancellation
Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 14 May 2013 it purchased for
cancellation 73,307 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 101.5 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 35,067,694 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
