Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 11 May 2012 it purchased for
cancellation 175,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 100.50 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 28,877,167 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
