Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 26 January 2012 it purchased
for cancellation 17,782 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 100.75 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 25,201,906 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
