Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 27 September 2011 it
purchased for cancellation 54,870 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 100.75
pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 25,261,687 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
