Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 31 July 2012 it purchased
for cancellation 241,807 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 100.789 pence per
share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 28,598,960 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
