Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 28 July 2010 it purchased
for cancellation 194,144 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 94.8372 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 21,027,687 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
