Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 28 November 2011 it
purchased for cancellation 41,999 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 100.75
pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 25,219,688 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
