Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 9 November 2009 it purchased
for cancellation 33,228 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 83.22 pence per
share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 19,965,072 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
