Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 30 June 2010 it purchased
for cancellation 36,044 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 93.63 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 21,221,831 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
