Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 26 January 2009 it purchased
for cancellation 35,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 91.22 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 20,107,800 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
