Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 21 December 2009 it
purchased for cancellation 7,500 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 86.67
pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 19,957,572 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
