Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 16 April 2010 it purchased
for cancellation 205,865 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 89.3565 pence per
share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 21,235,608 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
