Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 16 December 2008 it
purchased for cancellation 66,499 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 74 pence
per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 20,181,300 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
