Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 26 September 2008 it
purchased for cancellation 70,126 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 101.187
pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 20,247,799 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
