Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 31 July 2007 it purchased
for cancellation 34,250 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 98.83 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 20,670,941 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
