Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 3 July 2007 it purchased for
cancellation 29,089 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 98.83 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 20,705,191 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
