Revocation of investment company status

As envisaged in the Prospectus, the Board intends to pay capital dividends to
shareholders once capital profits have been realised. The Board has therefore
decided that it is no longer appropriate for the Company to remain an
investment company and has revoked the Company's investment company status with
effect from 28 July 2008.

The Board will consider a capital distribution to shareholders as part of the
finalisation of the Half-Yearly Report and Accounts for the six months ending
31 July 2008, and intends to announce its half-yearly results in September
2008.
