Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 26 September 2013, it allotted and issued 91,711
new Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 104.75 pence per share (being the
average middle market price of the shares for the five days preceding the
dividend payment date) under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence
on or around 2 October 2013.

Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 35,235,641
Ordinary Shares of 1p each.
