Change of Director's particulars
Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14R, the Company advises that Andrew Robson's
directorship of M&G Equity Investment Trust plc was terminated on 11 April
2011, following M&G Equity Investment Trust plc being placed into members'
voluntary liquidation in March 2011.
