Purchase of shares for cancellation
Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 28 March 2014 it purchased
122,208 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 102.0 pence per
share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 26,136,838 Ordinary shares of 1 pence in
issue.
