Purchase of shares for cancellation
Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 28 February 2014 it
purchased 125,128 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 97.5 pence
per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 26,259,046 Ordinary shares of 1 pence in
issue.
