Purchase of shares for cancellation
Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 28 March 2013 it purchased
212,401 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 68.3764 pence per
share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 24,347,809 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in
issue.
