Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 29 October 2013 it purchased
for cancellation 150,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 91 pence per
share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 23,920,716 Ordinary Shares of 1
penny each in issue.
