Purchase of shares for cancellation
Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 30 April 2013 it purchased
67,093 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.7025 pence per
share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 24,070,716 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in
issue.
