Class Meetings of Ordinary Fund Shareholders and C Fund Shareholders
Matrix Income & Growth 2 VCT plc is pleased to announce that all the
resolutions proposed at the Separate Class meetings of the Ordinary Fund
Shareholders and the C Fund Shareholders held today, 6 September 2006 were,
approved by shareholders of each class.
