Annual General Meeting
Matrix Income & Growth 2 VCT plc is pleased to announce that all the
resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today,
11 September 2007 were, approved by shareholders.
A quorum was not present at either of the separate class meetings of Ordinary
Shareholders and C Shareholders held today and these were adjourned until dates
and times to be announced.
