Annual General Meeting and Class Meetings
Matrix Income & Growth 2 VCT plc is pleased to announce that all the
resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 9
September 2010 and the Class Meetings held on 10 September 2010 were approved
by shareholders.
