POSTING OF GENERAL MEETING NOTICE
10 August 2015

Further to the announcement dated 5 August 2015 Miton Worldwide Growth Investment Trust plc (the “Company”) has today posted a circular to shareholders convening a general meeting of the Company to be held on 9 September 2015, immediately preceding the AGM, to consider the Proposals which include provisions to enable Shareholders to elect, in 2018 and then at three year intervals, to realise all or part of their Shareholding, as set out in the announcement dated 5 August 2015.

A copy of the Notice of General Meeting will be submitted shortly to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will be available for inspection at the NSM, which is situated at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement will have the same meaning as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 7 August 2015.
