Statement re Change of Year End

MEIKLES LIMITED                                

                            NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS                             

Shareholders are advised that the Company's financial year end has changed from
31 December to 31 March with effect from 31 March 2011. The Group will then
accordingly release its fifteen month's financials for the period ended 31
March 2011 at the appropriate time.
