                            NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS                             

Meikles Limited wishes to advise shareholders that as of 15 June 2011 Mr Farai
Rwodzi has resigned as Chairman of the Group.

Mr Rwodzi became a director and Chairman of the Group at a time when the
shareholder dispute was very much present in its daily impact on the Group's
affairs. Mr Rwodzi played a substantial role in moving the Group from the
restraints it faced to the present situation.

Mr Rwodzi's determination and efforts in this regard will always be remembered
with great appreciation. He is now to focus on his own interests and we wish
him well in this regard.

Mr J R T Moxon has been appointed Chairman of the Group with immediate effect.
