The Directors of MNL announce that Midas Investment Management Limited
("Midas") have been appointed as the Company's Broker, replacing Fairfax I.S
Ltd ("Fairfax").

Midas has agreed to undertake this role for zero fee although expenses may well
be charged in connection with any work undertaken for the Company.

The board would like to take this opportunity to thank Fairfax for their
assistance during their appointment as broker.
