The Company announces that in line with NAPF Investment Trust policy
guidelines, Brian Sheppard has decided to step down from the Company's
Management Engagement Committee but retains his position on the Remuneration
Committee and the Nomination Committee.  The Management Engagement Committee
will now consist of David Harris and Peter Stanley.

For the purposes of clarification, further detail has been provided as follows:
  Peter Stanley is the Chairman of the Management Engagement, Remuneration and
Nomination Committees; and David Harris is the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
