disposals of the Company's shares by TCPC Trust Corporation Limited, the
Trustee of the Majedie Investments PLC Employee Incentive Trust (the Trust) 
the Trust now has an interest in 763,852 ordinary 10p shares
(representing 1.45% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).
