Director/PDMR Shareholding

MAJEDIE INVESTMENTS PLC

The Company has been advised by J William M Barlow, a Director of the Company
that his non-beneficial interest in the Company has reduced by 44,400 Ordinary
shares (representing 0.08% of the issued share capital) to 2,235,777 Ordinary
Shares (representing 4.26% of the issued share capital).

The reduction in Mr Barlow's non-beneficial holding follows a transfer on 1
December 2005 of 44,400 Ordinary shares from a Trust, of which Mr Barlow is a
Trustee.

J William M Barlow's beneficial holding remains unchanged.

This announcement is made in accordance with Section 328 of the Companies Act.
