The Company has been advised of the following transaction:

The Eaton Trust (a trust on which William Barlow, a director of the Company,
acts as a trustee) on 21 September 2009 sold 4,200 ordinary 10p shares in the
Company at a price of 185 pence per share. As a result William Barlow's
non-beneficial holding has reduced to 2,231,577 Ordinary shares of 10p each
(representing 4.25% of the issued class of capital).

The beneficial interests of William Barlow remain unchanged.
