Director/PDMR Shareholding

MAJEDIE INVESTMENTS PLC

The Company has been advised of the following:

The Eaton Trust (a trust on which William Barlow, a director of the Company,
acts as a trustee) on 25 November 2009 transferred out 269,825 ordinary 10p
shares in the Company. 

In addition, the Company has identified transactions that had not previously
been taken into account when calculating William Barlow's non-beneficial
holding.  As a result William Barlow's non-beneficial holding has reduced to
1,897,165 Ordinary shares of 10p each (representing 3.61% of the issued class
of capital).

The beneficial interests of William Barlow remain unchanged.
