Transaction in Own Shares

London & Associated Properties PLC ("the Company")

On 17 November 2008 the Company issued from Treasury 293,680 shares to cover
issues under the Company's HMRC approved Share Inventive Plan (SIP) to
directors and staff at 44.00 pence per share.

Directors and PDMR's receiving shares and directors' new beneficial holding
