AGM Statement

London & Associated Properties plc (the 'Company')

Outcome of AGM

At the AGM held on 4 June 2003 all the resolutions, including special
resolutions 8 and 10, were duly passed.

In addition, Mr Patrick Hawkings, as previously set out in the Company's report
and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2002, retired from the Board of
Directors on 4 June 2003.

The Company would like to thank Mr Hawkings for his valuable contribution to
the Company over the past 35 years.
