Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for the admission of 1,132,592 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company. These shares ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares in issue have been allotted pursuant to the Company's scrip
dividend scheme.

Admission to the Official List is expected to become effective on 15 July 2003.

Copies of the circular to shareholders regarding the Company's scrip dividend
scheme dated 6th May 2003 have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority,
and will shortly be available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing
Facility, which is situated at:
