London & Associated Properties plc (the 'Company')

Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for the admission of 50,000 new ordinary 10 pence shares in the
Company. These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of
options under the Employee's Share Option Scheme.

Admission to the Official List is expected to become effective on 24 December
2002.
