The Company was advised on 27 March 2015 that Mr Bernard Duroc-Danner is now
beneficially interested in 139,009 ordinary shares in the Company, representing
0.1% of the issued share capital. The shares were inherited by Mr Duroc-Danner
on 19 March 2015.
