HOLDING(S) IN COMPANY
Pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, the Board of Parallel Media
Group plc (the "Company") received notification that Hoodless Brennan &
Partners PLC has an interest in 4,174,500 ordinary shares in the Company
representing approximately 6.56% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
