Transaction In Own Shares
Liontrust Asset Management PLC announces that it has today purchased through
Winterflood Securities 40,000 ordinary shares at a price of 359.5 pence per
share. The purchased shares will all be cancelled.
Following the above purchase the total number of ordinary shares in issue is
33,955,636.
