Transaction In Own Shares
Liontrust Asset Management PLC announces that it has today purchased through JP
Morgan Cazenove Limited 23,921 ordinary shares at a price of 350 pence per
share. The purchased shares will all be cancelled.
Following the above purchase the total number of ordinary shares in issue is
34,898,011.
