Transaction In Own Shares
Liontrust Asset Management PLC announces that it has today purchased through
State Street Global Markets 84,124 ordinary shares at a price of 348 pence per
share. The purchased shares will all be cancelled.
Following the above purchase the total number of ordinary shares in issue is
34,921,932.
