September 2005 of dealing in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:

Nigel Legge and Vinay Abrol, directors of the Company, are participants in the
Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the 'ESOP') and on 14 September 2005
were allocated 135 ordinary shares each at a price of 278p per share.

Nigel Legge's total interest following this notification is 893,710 ordinary
shares or 2.54% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Vinay Abrol's
total interest following this notification is 405,572 ordinary shares or 1.15%
of the total issued share capital of the Company.
