           The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. ("the Corporation")

The following notification is given under UKLA Rule DR 3.1.4R (1) (a).

Mr Armel Cates, a non-executive director of the Corporation yesterday notified
the Corporation of the following dealing in the 5 pence Ordinary Shares of the
Corporation:

1. Share purchase

Mr Cates purchased 749 Ordinary shares on 22 June 2010, to be held within his
SIPP account, on the open market at a price of 287.00 pence.

Mr Cates now holds 29,529 Ordinary Shares of the Corporation in his SIPP
following this transaction (representing 0.025% of the issued share capital of
the Corporation).
