                    DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING - CORRECTION                    

The announcement made earlier today about a purchase of 970 shares in The

Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. by Caroline Banszky should have said that,

following the purchase, her total shareholding is now 253,466 shares (0.21% of

the total percentage of shares in issue).
